Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the Senior Vice President of Marketing, two Brand Managers, and Brand Owners across four owned brands. This multi-faceted role is pivotal in executing impactful email marketing campaigns that captivate customers and drive revenue, alongside managing social media interactions, coordinating with influencers, and overseeing marketing operations.
Your responsibilities will combine copywriting, design, analytics, and operational support to ensure that every campaign resonates with each brand’s voice and aligns with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
Develop, design, and implement email marketing campaigns that reflect each brand’s tone, goals, and promotional schedule.
Create responsive email templates optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.
Design graphics for campaigns using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
Manage audience segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance open and click-through rates.
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights to improve future initiatives.
Ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM regulations and optimize deliverability best practices.
Collaborate with the Junior Brand Manager and Brand Manager to maintain and update the email content calendar.
Stay current with the latest trends in email marketing, Klaviyo updates, and performance optimization techniques.
Community Management
Oversee daily engagement across the brand’s social media channels.
Address direct messages, comments, and community inquiries to foster a positive and engaged brand community.
