Role Summary and Impact
WPP Media is seeking a Digital Planning Manager who will oversee client relationships and drive the digital agenda for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients and agency colleagues.
- Possess the knowledge and confidence to discuss all facets of business structure and strategy.
- Proactively lead the communication and implementation planning processes to deliver insightful communication strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to identify optimal processes and systems for managing their businesses.
- Engage with specialist teams and the buying department to advocate for clients’ interests with key media owners.
- Supervise all work to ensure quality, accuracy, insightfulness, and innovation.
- Work closely with the core team on reports and digital training/workshops.
- Gain exposure to advanced technologies as a future-ready channel for brand growth.
- Innovate and develop “media first” ideas while enhancing strategic capabilities.
- Be courageous in presenting and defending ideas both internally and externally.
- Serve as a trusted advisor not only to the client but also to internal stakeholders in the local market.
- Motivate the team and foster a collaborative working environment.
