YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Challenge:
As part of the Gameloft Business Solutions division, you will join the GBS Store team to create global product templates that regional teams will tailor to local markets. Your role as a Digital Product Analyst Intern will be pivotal in connecting raw data with product development, contributing towards shaping subscription-based digital services enjoyed by millions of players globally.
Daily Responsibilities:
Product Development Support:
Documentation & Scoping: Assist in defining new features by drafting clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and User Stories for the technical teams.
A/B Testing: Participate in the A/B testing process from hypothesis formulation to result analysis with support from senior team members.
Product Analysis & Insights:
Utilize internal analytics tools and advanced Excel skills to evaluate store performance metrics such as conversion rates, ARPU, and subscription performance.
Convert raw data into structured insights and reports to support product-related decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Engineering teams, and regional Product Leads to ensure features meet technical constraints and local market requirements.
Market and Competitive Research:
Conduct benchmarking against competitor offerings and industry trends to identify best practices in digital subscription services and UX/UI.
COLLEAGUES:
You will work extensively with data, support product development initiatives, and collaborate with various teams while gaining insights from the Director of Operations & Business Analytics.
