Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Analysis
- Evaluate current processes, tools, and systems.
- Spot inefficiencies and opportunities for digital transformation.
2. Solution Design & Implementation
- Advise on and configure digital tools (collaboration, automation, analytics).
- Assist with the implementation, testing, and rollout of solutions.
3. Change Management
- Create communication and adoption strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and develop user documentation.
- Provide support to users transitioning to new digital tools.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with department heads to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor adoption metrics and performance enhancements.
- Compile reports on impact, ROI, and lessons learned.
6. Government Grant Applications
- Assist clients with relevant government grant applications.
- Engage with government bodies to develop grant solutions for Pixlr clients.
7. Project Management
- Oversee assigned projects related to digital transformation.
- Manage partnerships for third-party solutions involved in our projects.
- Achieve project goals within budget and revenue targets.
