Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in health care access and delivery, including substantial leadership experience. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs focused on health equity and patient-centered care. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.

Additionally, Planned Parenthood Action Fund, as the advocacy and political arm of PPFA, engages in educational and advocacy efforts, including grassroots organizing and legislative initiatives to further the Planned Parenthood mission.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Health Access and Care Delivery to join our team. This pivotal role reports to the Senior Director of Health Care Access Strategy within the Health Care Experience & Access (HEALTH) team of the Care & Access Division. The Care & Access Division is dedicated to supporting Planned Parenthood member organizations in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while representing these efforts on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Health Access and Care Delivery will be tasked with developing and overseeing innovative programs aimed at enhancing sexual and reproductive health access and care delivery, with a strong focus on equity, patient experience, and employee engagement. This role will involve collaborating closely with Care & Access Division staff as well as key personnel across all PPFA departments to integrate best practices and initiatives to achieve strategic goals. The Director will also spearhead the creation of tools, insights, and resources to promote best practices in the aforementioned areas.
