We are seeking a Director of Acquisition Marketing to spearhead the next phase of Stash's customer growth.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategy, performance, and optimization of our acquisition engine, shaping how millions of potential customers discover Stash and embark on their investment journey.
You will lead performance marketing initiatives across various channels including paid social, search, affiliate marketing, mobile app platforms, and traditional media such as TV and podcasts. Additionally, you will establish a robust experimentation framework aimed at enhancing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and fostering sustainable growth in depositors.
This position is both strategic and hands-on. You will set the growth direction, collaborate with senior leadership on acquisition strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Creative, Data, and Martech to transform insights into tangible results.
You will report to the VP of Growth, manage internal team members and agency partners, and play a critical role in determining how Stash engages and converts the next generation of investors.
