Overview
The Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the Campus's admissions operations, ensuring the achievement of enrollment targets. This position involves training Admissions Managers and Advisors, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining a professional environment. The Director will actively manage daily admissions activities to drive student enrollment success through strategic oversight and proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of the Campus Admissions team.
Oversee the admissions processes and procedures at the Campus level.
Manage lead distribution and quality assurance within the Admissions CRM.
Conduct regular meetings with Campus staff to monitor progress towards enrollment goals.
Review candidate pipelines, ensuring seamless transitions from inquiry to enrollment.
Communicate program and academic requirements effectively.
Stay informed about campus programs and employment trends, including statistics such as placement and retention rates.
Participate in setting and evaluating enrollment budgets and goals.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of admissions calls, providing coaching as necessary.
Promote best practices in admissions processes.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and events.
Analyze retention rates and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Campus leadership to resolve enrollment issues through root cause analysis.
Work closely with the Corporate Director of Admissions to assess conversion rates and enhance recruitment strategies.
