BILL is on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Alliance Partnerships to spearhead our alliances strategy. This pivotal role will lay the groundwork for essential programs, frameworks, and operational systems necessary to scale a high-impact partner initiative across the organization. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and play an integral role in designing, launching, and optimizing our alliance partnerships function.
Make an Impact in a Fast-Growing Fintech Company
- Develop a comprehensive partnerships strategy and operational frameworks, encompassing program design, governance, workflows, and performance measurement.
- Forge and strengthen relationships with key alliance partners; articulate joint value propositions, success plans, and foster executive alignment.
- Facilitate a repeatable process for partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, pipeline generation, and lifecycle management.
- Drive collaborative execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to achieve partner-sourced and partner-influenced outcomes.
- Take ownership of foundational initiatives (zero-to-one execution) while setting the groundwork for scaling; document and streamline processes and workflows.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to evaluate program health (e.g., partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, activation/enablement milestones, time-to-first-opportunity).
- Represent BILL to external partners as a trusted, strategic leader; gather market and partner insights to inform go-to-market strategies and product development.
