As the Director of Asset Strategy for R&D Aesthetics at AbbVie, you will be a pivotal leader with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various levels. You will take on the role of matrix leader, overseeing the asset from its inception through to the end of its lifecycle. Your strategic vision will guide the creation and execution of a holistic asset strategy, as well as phase-specific brand strategies for one or more assets. This role demands a comprehensive integration of functional activities essential for the successful development, registration, manufacturing, and commercialization of the asset throughout its lifecycle, with particular emphasis on fostering an integrated approach across these elements.
As the primary representative of the asset at AbbVie, you will collaborate closely with governance bodies, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams, including external development partners, to enhance and maximize the asset's value in alignment with its prioritization within the overall portfolio. This position is designed for individuals with extensive experience in drug development and commercialization, offering a unique opportunity to leverage your breadth of knowledge in various areas, including Development, Discovery, Development Sciences, Operations, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Safety, and Medical Affairs.
This is an onsite position located in Irvine, California.
