Position Overview:
The Director of Audience Analytics is responsible for spearheading the creation and execution of audience strategies and insights that propel our clients' business results. This pivotal role encompasses the entire audience process, and the perfect candidate will possess a robust comprehension of audience data and addressability, consumer behavior, and the digital ecosystem, especially in the realms of programmatic and social media. The Director will engage with internal teams and clients alike to ensure that audience insights are central to all marketing and media decisions, fostering measurable performance enhancements and business expansion. This individual will provide strategic direction, oversee projects, and mentor junior team members, while actively utilizing our audience tools to meet client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Audience Analytics & Performance Strategy:
- Lead the development of audience workstreams that shape addressable strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Identify and analyze significant audience trends and insights pertinent to the client's industry, focusing on leveraging these insights in paid media planning, performance channels, and creative development.
- Design audience segmentation strategies within the Interact tech stack (and beyond), emphasizing segments that are particularly responsive to performance-driven advertising.
- Convert audience insights into actionable recommendations for media planning, creative development, and campaign optimization, with an emphasis on enhancing performance metrics.
- Performance Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with media planning teams to create audience-focused media plans that maximize reach, engagement, and conversion across programmatic and social media platforms.
- Partner with activation teams to ensure effective audience targeting across addressable platforms.
- Supervise the implementation of audience testing roadmaps, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Track campaign performance in real-time alongside Growth Analytics, Activation, and Client Solutions teams, offering ongoing optimization recommendations based on audience insights and performance data.
- Client Relationship & Management:
- Act as a primary contact for client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Present audience insights, strategies, and campaign performance updates to clients, illustrating the impact of audience-centric strategies.
