We blend plant-based medicine with scientific insight and dynamic brand strategies to offer a compelling alternative to alcohol and pharmaceuticals. We firmly believe that brands are shaped by innovative ideas, retail presence, and customer interactions, not just by metrics.
The Opportunity
This pivotal role reports directly to the CEO and acts as the guardian of the 1906 brand across over 1,200 dispensaries and retail locations (currently two states, expanding to 20+ by 2027). You will collaborate closely with our Head of Ecommerce & Growth, who handles performance marketing and digital sales. Your focus will be on brand representation, while they focus on conversion rates. Together, you will create a synergistic marketing machine.
You will lead a dedicated internal team, oversee partnerships with agencies and freelancers, and ensure that 1906 is represented consistently across all consumer interactions.
This is not a remote management position; it is ideal for someone eager to:
