In this pivotal role, you will spearhead transformative, consumer-focused creative initiatives across global campaigns, engaging content, retail strategies, digital platforms, live experiences, and comprehensive brand ecosystems. We are seeking a leader who is both a strategic visionary and a proactive creator, capable of crafting a high-level brand vision while executing at an operational level. The ideal candidate will inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and elevate the creative standards in every project undertaken.
Your Impact:
- Articulate and enhance the creative vision for the Hot Wheels brand, ensuring alignment with innovation, consistency, and cultural relevance.
- Lead the creation of global, concept-driven campaigns and brand systems that foster audience engagement and drive business success.
- Advocate for unified visual identities and foundational brand elements across all consumer interactions, including campaigns, retail, digital, gaming, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Marketing, Product Design, Packaging, Content, Digital, and Global sectors to deliver outstanding results.
- Provide clear, actionable guidance to both internal teams and external agencies to generate impactful creative outputs.
- Mentor and cultivate a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
- Effectively present and champion creative work to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Manage multiple high-profile projects, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and within budget while maintaining creative excellence.
