About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of lifestyle communities to infuse culturally relevant insights into the brand and property.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to drive revenue, manage budgets, establish metrics, and evaluate data effectiveness.
  • Design and implement comprehensive pre-opening marketing and PR campaigns, collaborating with creative agencies and internal teams to create excitement and awareness.
  • Formulate and execute long-term marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, ensuring the hotel stands out in a competitive landscape.
  • Maintain consistency and synergy across all marketing initiatives and campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential platforms.
  • Partner with operations teams to define brand experiences and standards, ensuring these are reflected at every guest interaction.
  • Effectively position the brand while maintaining a coherent and recognizable brand identity.
  • Lead the brand-driven positioning of all food and beverage concepts in close cooperation with the operations team, ensuring market relevance and profitability.
  • Cultivate an environment of collaboration and creativity while mentoring a dynamic marketing team.
