The Director of Brand Marketing is pivotal in spearheading the strategic implementation and activation of the Raising Cane’s brand across the United Kingdom. This role involves crafting and executing tailored marketing strategies, campaigns, and tools that resonate with the local market, while maintaining alignment with the U.S.-based Restaurant Support Office (RSO) and the local Restaurant Marketing team. This leader is responsible for ensuring a consistent global brand image while adapting marketing approaches to meet local consumer expectations and cultural nuances.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure global brand consistency while customizing marketing materials for cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with the U.S.-based RSO Marketing and regional teams to synchronize creative concepts, messaging, and campaign elements.
- Develop and oversee the market’s campaign calendar in conjunction with the U.S. Marketing team.
- Drive comprehensive marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels, leveraging U.S. Marketing team and agency support.
- Utilize local cultural insights and consumer data to identify opportunities, evaluate competitors, and inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Marketing team to create tools, programs, and processes that drive market growth.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new Restaurant Marketing Crewmembers.
- Engage with external partners as necessary to support campaign localization and execution.
- Stay updated on U.K. cultural, media, and social trends, collaborating with the U.S.-based Social Media team to ensure insightful content and campaigns.
