This brand operates at the intersection of wellness, culture, and storytelling, beginning with the reading ritual and expanding into an enchanting universe of aesthetically pleasing, mood-enhancing products.

THE ROLE
As the Director of Brand, you will closely collaborate with the CEO to build and nurture the brand across all customer touchpoints.
The brand thrives on a strong sense of community and founder-led vision. The CEO has a distinct perspective on brand strategy, creative direction, and cultural relevance. Your mission is not to reinvent the brand but to bring a well-defined vision to life through exceptional execution while incorporating new, innovative ideas.
This role is highly hands-on. Initially, you will be responsible for crafting briefs, meticulously reviewing creative work, managing partnerships, shaping influencer collaborations, and ensuring the brand is consistently represented with purpose across all channels.
