As the Director of Business Development within our AI Solutions group (DataForce), you will be instrumental in forging new business partnerships and acting as a strategic partner to our clients. DataForce is a dynamic division dedicated to providing top-tier data for Human-Machine Interaction, ensuring we meet the needs of the most elite technology firms globally. Our focus lies in the collection, enhancement, and processing of training data for Machine Learning across various AI sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Qualify and quantify new business opportunities.
- Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products and stay informed on industry trends.
- Utilize TransPerfect’s CRM system to track business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production and technology teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Generate and manage profitable business deals.
- Monitor KPIs and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in tradeshows and contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and updates.
- Assist in financial planning and maintain the overall health of client engagements.
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Support the training and implementation of technologies for internal and external teams.
