We are looking for a Director of Cell Culture Development to join our TechOps team. This pivotal role will oversee the management of Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO) to establish and implement processes for the robust production of Drug Substance (DS) for protein-based biologics. This interdisciplinary position requires strong technical leadership in cell culture processes, including the scale-up from lab to manufacturing levels. You will play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing campaigns, encompassing tech transfer, troubleshooting, deviation resolution, and campaign analysis activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for advancing clinical assets through various stages of clinical development, including the formulation of second-generation processes, resupply, and late-phase development as required.
