The Director of Client Delivery plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing a portfolio of strategic clients. This position is designed to cultivate robust client relationships, guarantee successful project execution, and drive favorable outcomes for both our customers and our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Oversight: Collaborate with the Sales team to provide strategic direction and guidance in executing roadmaps for key accounts.
- Facilitate the implementation of governance and delivery operating models while ensuring compliance with client satisfaction metrics.
- Assist team members in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering transformative solutions to clients.
- Mentor and support the Client Delivery team in addressing challenges related to their portfolios.
- Strategic Account Leadership: Partner with teams to provide leadership and strategic guidance in executing roadmaps for key accounts.
- Continuously monitor and adapt engagements as needed, leveraging feedback mechanisms to enhance delivery team performance.
- Act as a support system for the Client Delivery Segment lead, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate in the creation of strategic account plans with Sales and Delivery Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
- Ensure open communication with clients to proactively address issues during solution rollout.
- Revenue Growth and Financial Accountability: Collaborate with Sales to create value through solution delivery and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Support the fulfillment of financial objectives, including billed revenue, project/portfolio gross margin, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Work with Segment Consulting Leaders to establish financial controls and ensure profit and loss accountability.
- Innovation and Collaboration: Encourage collaboration across business sectors to optimize delivery outcomes and build relationships with executive decision-makers.
- Innovate and partner with the Client Delivery team on methodologies for achieving customer outcomes.
- Lead special initiatives aimed at enhancing our business operations.
- Opportunity Identification and Expertise Integration: Assist in identifying new opportunities to deliver added value for clients and stimulate new business growth.
- Collaborate across the organization to integrate necessary expertise and support client requirements.
