About the Role
Motive is on the lookout for a Director of Commercial Sales & Account Management to spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to expanding and retaining our CMRL customer base. This senior leadership position is responsible for optimizing Net ARR through a strategic approach focused on upsell/cross-sell initiatives and renewal strategies.
You will manage a team of over 100 Account Managers and sales professionals, overseeing intricate customer relationships spanning multiple industries and product lines. This customer-centric, results-oriented leadership role combines sales acumen with lifecycle management strategy. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial sale through renewal.
