The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a premier commercial organization experiencing significant growth as we expand our payment flow offerings and enhance our core solutions. Our dedicated team provides innovative business-to-business (B2B) payment solutions and services to clients globally, from small enterprises to multinational corporations and government entities. We collaborate closely with Issuers, Buyers, Suppliers, FinTechs, and various ecosystem partners to deliver these essential services.
The Director of Commercial Product Solutions will play a pivotal role in modernizing our B2B payment capabilities by overseeing the product development and launch of our flagship VCS Hub – B2B Payables experience. This leadership position requires a results-oriented professional adept at managing complex B2B projects and delivering impactful solutions. The Director will work in partnership with stakeholders to convert business needs into actionable developments and drive successful execution.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive B2B experience, with a solid understanding of both business and technical dimensions of B2B payments, technology architecture, and development methodologies. A proven track record of surpassing client expectations and delivering business results is essential. The candidate should be innovative, hands-on, and inspire others within the team, including:
Leading a team of product owners to drive high performance and staff development.
Collaborating with engineering teams to modernize and enhance our platform for improved operational efficiency.
Managing product roadmaps and prioritizations to maximize value for both business and customers.
Encouraging strong collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment.
Creating and delivering effective communications to senior management and stakeholders.
This position is hybrid, with specific in-office expectations to be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
