Role Overview: As the Director of Consumer & Trade Marketing, you will spearhead our Trade Marketing, Paid Media, and Consumer Engagement strategies. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic foresight, creative innovation, and exceptional project management to execute impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives across various platforms, including digital, social media, retail, and experiential channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Management:
- Formulate and implement best-in-class strategies for Trade and Paid Media that foster exceptional consumer engagement and media effectiveness.
- Manage marketing calendars and projects, ensuring they align with both global and regional business objectives.
- Oversee budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and deliver quantifiable, high-quality results.
- Provide a clear strategic direction while maintaining open lines of communication with internal teams and global partners.
Consumer Engagement & Media Excellence:
- Lead comprehensive media strategies and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across traditional and emerging digital platforms.
- Utilize market insights and analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive consumer acquisition.
- Identify and harness user-generated content (UGC) to enhance paid media performance in European markets.
Creative & Content Oversight:
- Guide the Trade Marketing team and collaborate with the Design department to create engaging content for retailer websites, CRM initiatives, social media, and in-store promotions.
- Ensure all marketing collateral and campaigns resonate with our brand identity and meet local consumer expectations.
