We are seeking a Director of Creative Studio to lead our in-house creative team, responsible for defining how our brand is presented across various platforms including campaigns, content, product launches, and events. This role is central to our marketing creative leadership.
As the Director of Creative Studio, you will establish the visual and verbal direction for one of the most impactful brands in HR technology. You will lead a studio that not only fulfills requests but also shapes the global perception of Culture Amp and its significance. This studio acts as the driving force behind our brand, and you will be at the helm of its advancement.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing creative team, empowering both management and individual contributors to excel.
- Oversee the Culture Amp brand system and visual identity guidelines, ensuring creativity, cohesiveness, and consistent global application.
- Steer creative strategy for integrated campaigns that encompass product launches, thought leadership, customer marketing, and beyond.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Product to create brand experiences that yield measurable results.
- Promote brand and design as strategic business drivers, linking creative excellence to pipeline and business outcomes.
- Identify and nurture top creative talent, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
