We develop advanced AI and collaboration software designed to enhance the design iteration process for product development teams. Whenever an engineer is faced with a design decision, they turn to CoLab for support. Our platform enables them to visualize and compare designs, engage in discussions, track feedback, and receive AI-driven suggestions based on the collective technical expertise within their organization.
About the Role
Our clientele comprises some of the most sophisticated hardware manufacturers globally, responsible for designing electric vehicles, heavy machinery, aerospace systems, and intricate industrial equipment. Within these organizations, there are often numerous engineers who stand to gain from using CoLab but have yet to discover our solutions.
As the Director of Customer Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in changing this narrative. You will be responsible for expanding our outreach within existing customer accounts, crafting marketing campaigns that connect with new stakeholders, teams, and opportunities.
This position transcends traditional lifecycle marketing. You will act as a campaign architect collaborating with our account teams, identifying expansion opportunities, creating compelling offers that resonate with engineers and their leaders, and guiding the marketing team to implement these initiatives.
Examples of your initiatives might include:
- Hosting a technical workshop tailored for a specific division within a customer organization.
- Conducting a thought leadership webinar aimed at multiple strategic accounts.
- Launching a campaign to introduce CoLab to a new engineering discipline within an existing customer.
Your goal is to identify what excites the right individuals within our customer base about CoLab and turn that excitement into action.
You will also be responsible for shaping CoLab's market presence through our customer engagements. We collaborate with companies that are creating remarkable products, and this should be evident to anyone evaluating CoLab. You will ensure that our customer narratives—case studies, engineering highlights, and customer-driven content—consistently reinforce this understanding.
Success in this role will be measured by two key outcomes:
- The growth of our expansion pipeline.
- Increased market recognition of CoLab as the platform of choice for the world's leading engineering teams.
