What to Expect:
We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Director to join IonQ’s Customer Success team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the post-sales “site lead” for South Korea, overseeing the health of client relationships and contracts post-deal closure. Your responsibilities will include ensuring contract execution as agreed, maintaining alignment among stakeholders across multiple workstreams, and facilitating the full adoption and utilization of IonQ’s platform by customers.
Your contributions will significantly influence the operational rhythm, reporting, and cross-functional coordination necessary for delivering an exceptional customer experience in a highly technical and dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead top-down post-sales program management across interconnected workstreams (e.g., system build, facilities/data center readiness, networking, platform support), ensuring that IonQ and the customer remain aligned on milestones, risks, and dependencies. You will help translate the contract into an actionable plan, identify and eliminate adoption barriers, and ensure that customers derive value from our partnership.
This position affords you the chance to enhance adoption and consumption, elevate customer and contract satisfaction, and help establish South Korea as a scalable growth region for IonQ moving forward.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage client adoption and consumption: onboard users to IonQ Quantum Cloud, monitor usage, and drive adoption.
- Lead post-sales execution as the accountable single point of contact: interpret contracts and verbal expectations, coordinate workstreams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
