Role Overview
The Director of Data Strategy & Analytics (Marketing Technology Specialist) is a pivotal leader within our organization. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will support our clients in creating top-tier marketing technology stacks, serving as an internal consultant for client teams while architecting our future marketing technology strategies.
Your role as a Specialist involves driving excellence by connecting technical Data ETL processes with Analytics measurement functions. You will spearhead initiatives in customer data and media tracking instrumentation, scale Kip-powered implementations across accounts, and integrate generative AI into our data and analytics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Innovation & Capability Building: Continuously evolve and manage the Technology practice to stay at the forefront of best practices in signal resilience, identity resolution, and marketing and data automation.
- Methodology Evolution: Transition clients from traditional solutions like MTA and platform-attribution to progressive frameworks like server-side tracking.
- Strategic Education: Lead internal training initiatives and develop documentation reflecting our perspectives on emerging technologies such as Google Privacy Sandbox, Data Clean Rooms, and S2S/Conversion APIs.
