Your Contribution
As the Director of Deal Enablement at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's commercial performance by ensuring that our deals are structured, priced, and executed effectively to maximize customer satisfaction, while also ensuring compliance and profitability aligns with our market objectives.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and overseeing the daily operations of deal enablement for our key account sales, collaborating closely with teams in Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to refine the Quote-to-Cash process.
Additionally, you will lead the domestic deal enablement team, facilitating the implementation of this function throughout Axon and supporting various sales segments. Your efforts will be crucial in developing an exceptional support model for our Domestic Sales teams.
This role demands a blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and a comprehensive understanding of SaaS and hardware-based commercial frameworks. You will be situated at the crossroads of process, policy, and partnerships, enabling Axon to thrive in a competitive landscape.
