Director of Demand Generation

Role Overview
The Director of Demand Generation at Procurify will spearhead the Marketing-Qualified Lead (MQL) demand strategy and manage the sourced pipeline across various segments. This position carries the responsibility for MQL, Sales Accepted Leads (SAL), Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), and overall revenue performance. The Director will establish a strategic vision for integrated demand programs, aligning company revenue objectives with scalable, data-backed growth strategies that yield a predictable pipeline and enhance conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
As an essential member of the marketing leadership team, this role requires close collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure that demand generation investments are in sync with business priorities. This leader will cultivate a high-performing demand generation team, refine the demand generation playbook, foster experimentation and innovation (including AI-driven personalization and automation), and provide executive-level insights into pipeline health and performance metrics.
A strategic revenue marketer, this individual will work at both leadership and operational levels—crafting vision, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring disciplined execution that drives tangible business results.
