About Us
BambooHR is seeking a visionary Director of EMEA Marketing to spearhead and expand our marketing initiatives across the UK and the wider EMEA region. This pivotal role is central to BambooHR’s growth trajectory, as the selected candidate will play a crucial part in our global expansion strategies.
This position is perfect for an innovative thinker—an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in uncertain environments, delights in building from the ground up, and is motivated by the chance to influence a market within a well-resourced, rapidly growing global organization.
The Director of EMEA Marketing will craft BambooHR’s regional marketing strategy, tailor our narrative for the UK audience, and drive substantial revenue growth. This role builds upon a strong foundation within the UK market, which includes a robust customer base, established sales processes, and significant ongoing investments in digital marketing. Your mission will be to provide focus, leadership, and strategic alignment to unlock the next phase of growth.
As our company continues to expand globally, this role presents opportunities for scope expansion by assembling a regional team and taking on broader international responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the UK marketing strategy in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Collaborate as a vital member of the global marketing leadership team and contribute as a key player in the UK go-to-market leadership.
- Establish BambooHR’s local presence by fostering relationships with key UK and EMEA HR industry associations, communities, and influencer networks, positioning BambooHR as a credible and engaged partner in the regional HR ecosystem.
Demand Generation, Field Marketing & GTM Alignment
- Generate substantial UK revenue through marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipelines.
- Oversee top-of-funnel performance, balancing immediate demand capture with mid- and top-of-funnel investments to enhance efficiency and foster long-term growth.
- Develop and lead a field marketing strategy—including events, community partnerships, and sales-aligned programs—to bolster regional go-to-market efforts and engage target accounts.
- Work closely with UK Sales to establish joint planning, pipeline goals, execution rhythms, and feedback cycles, ensuring marketing and sales alignment.
