Your Impact
As the Director of Enablement for Enterprise Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing Axon Enterprise’s onboarding, training, and knowledge management initiatives. Your efforts will ensure that both new and existing team members are equipped to perform effectively and confidently. You will be responsible for crafting and delivering resources, frameworks, and experiences that facilitate the scaling of expertise within the Enterprise division, onboard new talent seamlessly, and foster a culture of growth and operational excellence. Your contributions will connect various facets of the organization, bridging people, processes, and performance.
What You’ll Do
Location: This position is based in one of our hub locations (Scottsdale AZ, Atlanta GA, Denver CO, Boston MA, Seattle WA, San Francisco CA) and follows a hybrid work schedule. We emphasize in-person collaboration, requiring team members to work onsite Tuesday through Friday, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless prior arrangements are made. We believe that connectivity fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to promote meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and collective success.
- Design, implement, and enhance comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure swift integration of new hires and to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Lead training and upskilling initiatives that empower the entire Enterprise organization to adapt to shifting business and creative demands.
- Develop and manage knowledge management systems, including documentation, playbooks, and best practice repositories.
- Explore the application of generative AI tools to maximize your impact and enhance organizational efficiency and innovation.
- Identify operational gaps and champion operational excellence by optimizing internal workflows, tools, and collaboration practices.
- Cross-train and pivot to support various business operations as priorities shift.
