About the Engineering Team at Auror
Collaboration is central to our Engineering team, as we believe the best software is built through diverse perspectives and teamwork. Our approach includes:
- Asking insightful questions to ensure our work maximizes impact
- Working closely with Product Management and Design to identify optimal solutions
- Supporting one another and providing valuable feedback during code reviews
- Taking ownership of software quality in consultation with fellow engineers and support teams
- Resolving real-world problems while taking our engineering responsibilities seriously. Our team:
- Continuously deploys code to production with minimal defects, prioritizing rapid feedback cycles over rigid project timelines
- Actively seeks improvement opportunities for our products and technology while contributing to team-wide engineering initiatives
Our architecture is cloud-native, allowing us to concentrate on delivering value to our customers rather than maintaining infrastructure.
Our technology stack consists of React SPA and TypeScript integrated with a C# .NET Core backend, utilizing backends-for-frontends WebAPI hosted on GCP and Azure. We employ containers for computation, SQL and No-SQL databases, Functions, Storage, Eventing, Generative AI, and Search.
The Role

We are seeking a Director of Engineering to join Auror. Reporting to our SVP of Engineering, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including our Chief Product Officer and other Directors within the Product Squad.
