Join our team as the Director of Finance in a hybrid role supporting our operations in McAllen, TX, as well as Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Delicias, and San Jeronimo, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. This position requires travel of approximately 10% to 20%.
As the Director of Finance, you will provide critical financial leadership for our Packaging Solutions platform based at our Reynosa facility, directly reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to actively engage in strategic planning and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor multiple direct reports across various locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting and compliance with relevant policies.
- Manage the annual budgeting process, capital expenditures, and monthly financial forecasts, ensuring accountability for the P&L and balance sheet.
- Conduct variance analysis against forecasts and budgets, identifying key drivers of volume, pricing, and cost fluctuations.
- Ensure data accuracy across diverse financial and operational systems to develop insightful reporting that supports strategic decision-making and enhances earnings and cash flow.
- Engage in strategic initiatives related to capacity management, customer contracts, and new business opportunities.
- Act as a vital business partner to the Group CFO, senior operations management, and the President of the business platform.
