Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality across all Food & Beverage services at Novotel Hyderabad Airport.
- Enhance guest satisfaction and drive organizational profitability through optimal resource management.
- Innovate and provide trendsetting products and services that consistently surprise and delight guests.
- Oversee the timely delivery of all orders while ensuring high-quality service and guest contentment in all Food & Beverage offerings.
- Supervise and maintain all catering outlets to the highest standards, adhering to budgetary guidelines and legal requirements.
- Report any issues affecting the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport to Management promptly.
Food & Beverage Strategy
- Plan, forecast, and create budgets for revenue and costs within the Food & Beverage department.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal hygiene standards in every area.
- Coordinate food festivals and establish guest loyalty and retention initiatives.
- Draft the department's annual business plan.
- Stay updated on all statutory guidelines related to food and beverage operations.
Team Leadership
- Ensure the team provides professional and courteous service to all guests.
- Foster seamless collaboration and communication with all departments within Novotel Hyderabad Airport to maximize efficiency, morale, and guest service.
- Ensure team members are adequately trained on safety protocols.
- Inspire and develop staff to promote teamwork and ensure the department operates smoothly.
Operational Oversight
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to establish menus and pricing.
- Ensure adherence to all brand standards.
- Maintain a strong presence among customers and staff by engaging with all restaurants, bars, and banquet departments.
- Ensure food and beverage standards consistently meet or exceed expectations.
- Prepare standard menus, maintain food production quality, and achieve budget targets for food margins.
- Conduct systematic inspections of all Food & Beverage areas.
- Uphold high service delivery standards, prioritizing safety, hygiene, security, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Deliver cost-effective and customer-centric Food & Beverage services.
- Coordinate the ordering of food stock and other supplies.
- Ensure service standards are upheld by facilitating team training.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels as per agreed standards.
