Transportation & Places is where we shape the infrastructures and mobility systems essential for societal progress. Our projects span roads, railways, public and commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, sports facilities, workplaces, and urban settings, integrating engineering, architecture, advisory services, and interdisciplinary expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the divisional communications strategy to enhance alignment, visibility, and commercial effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Head of Division and leadership teams to provide strategic insights and constructive feedback.
- Guide, mentor, and support a skilled communications team while remaining engaged in hands-on contributions when necessary.
- Develop and sustain cohesive narratives across offerings, markets, and channels, ensuring clarity and usability for teams and leaders.
- Design marketing and sales-oriented communications, inclusive of campaigns, client-focused content, and account-based strategies.
- Oversee internal and change communications to foster understanding, unity, and engagement across diverse regions.
- Leverage insights, analytics, and digital tools (e.g., CRM/marketing automation, web analytics, AI-supported workflows) to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
