Axon is in search of a strategic and energetic Director of Global Credit and Collections. In this leadership role, you will oversee global credit risk and order-to-cash operations. You will be responsible for defining the global credit strategy, spearheading organizational transformation in cash collections, and leading a team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader capable of influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution on a global scale.
This role will collaborate cross-functionally to gather customer requirements early in Axon’s sales cycles, enhancing the customer invoicing experience. As a key business partner, you will engage with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, and IT. You will play a crucial role in developing policies, designing processes, and driving operational excellence as Axon enhances its technologies and processes in the Global Credit and Collections lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and updating accurate reserves, possessing a thorough understanding of customer contracts and billing within Axon’s CRM and ERP systems, and ensuring that Axon meets its performance obligations and issues invoices promptly.
You will lead initiatives to establish data standards, including customer master data, customer contracts, and accounts receivable details, collaborating closely with Finance, Sales Operations, and IT partners. You will be instrumental in implementing new policies or updating existing ones and documenting processes as needed.
