As the Director of Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) at Sobi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HEOR strategies for assigned Therapeutic Areas (TAs). Your responsibilities will encompass the development, management, and delivery of global HEOR outputs, including cost-effectiveness and comparative effectiveness analyses, real-world evidence generation, patient-reported outcomes, and epidemiological initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of core value dossiers and develop HTA and reimbursement strategies for both existing and pipeline compounds.
In this influential role, you will work closely with the Global Head of HEOR to align HEOR initiatives with brand strategies. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams will be essential as you navigate project and vendor management. You will also need to possess deep expertise in HEOR principles and pharmaceutical research methodologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the HEOR strategy for designated TAs or products across all Sobi commercial regions.
- Collaborate effectively within the Global Patient Access group, ensuring seamless communication with team members globally and locally.
- Partner with in-country patient access leaders to synchronize health outcome and value tactical plans with global strategies for each brand.
- Support long-term Global HEOR business objectives and budgeting through evidence generation, synthesis, and dissemination.
- Lead the identification, design, and execution of global HEOR projects, including protocol development, economic modeling, and scientific publications.
- Stay informed about the evolving healthcare landscape to proactively address its impact on business strategies.
- Contribute to the Global Value Dossier in alignment with local HTA requirements for assigned therapy areas.
- Represent Sobi at external HEOR conferences and events.
