About the Role
As the Global Head of Sales Development, you will shape the architecture of Miro's pipeline engine. This impactful role involves leading a diverse global team of Sales Development Managers and their respective SDR pods.
You will manage the entire top-of-funnel lifecycle—from dynamic inbound lead management to strategic, insight-driven outbound prospecting. Your objective is to cultivate a world-class SDR culture that consistently generates high-quality pipelines across our Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a global team of SDR Managers across Austin, Amsterdam, Sydney, Singapore, and Tokyo. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and inclusivity.
- Pipeline Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global SDR strategy for both inbound response and outbound outreach. Ensure the team meets ambitious pipeline targets while maintaining exceptional conversion rates.
- Segment Alignment: Customize prospecting playbooks and SLAs to cater to the unique needs of various business segments:
- Commercial: Focused on high-velocity, volume-driven growth.
- Enterprise/Strategic: Utilize account-based strategies emphasizing multi-threading and executive engagement.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as the liaison between Marketing (to enhance lead flow and feedback loops) and Sales Leadership (to guarantee pipeline quality and alignment between AEs and SDRs).
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Sales Operations to refine the tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.), enhance lead scoring, and create comprehensive reporting dashboards.
- Global Consistency, Local Nuance: Standardize “The Miro Way” of prospecting worldwide while accommodating regional adaptations for EMEA and APAC markets.
