Join Accor as the Director of Global Sales for the Americas, where you will lead the sales initiatives for our prestigious Orient Express brand. Based in the heart of New York City, this pivotal role reports directly to the VP of Sales and is instrumental in executing our global sales strategy across luxury sailing yachts, hotels, and trains.
Your collaboration with the Accor Global Sales Luxury & Lifestyle team will be vital as you develop targeted sales and B2B marketing initiatives designed to enhance performance and elevate our brand presence. Daily interactions with the sales teams from Orient Express Sailing Yachts and Orient Express Italy Trains & Hotels will ensure a synchronized approach to market activities aligning with our global objectives.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Market Development
- Lead strategic account management and key partnerships across the Americas, ensuring alignment with the Orient Express global sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the Accor Global Sales team to design and implement high-impact initiatives across our luxury offerings.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities and enhancing cross-selling initiatives.
- Devise innovative strategies to attract ultra-high-net-worth individuals, leveraging existing networks for immediate results.
- Serve as a representative of Orient Express at industry events, trade shows, and exclusive client interactions.
- Provide regular insights to the VP Global Sales regarding market trends, account performance, and growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Act as a liaison for the Americas, ensuring alignment between regional activities and the global sales strategy.
- Work closely with the Accor Global Sales team to coordinate joint initiatives and leverage global client networks.
- Engage directly with asset teams to execute tailored sales plans and support account development in the Americas.
- Represent the voice of the Americas within the Orient Express organization by sharing market insights and client feedback.
B2B Marketing & Strategic Partnerships
- Collaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to align regional B2B marketing efforts with global campaigns and sponsorships.
- Identify and foster strategic partnerships across the Americas to enhance brand visibility and create new revenue streams.
