Your Role in Fostering a Better Workplace
As the Director of Go-To-Market Enablement, you will spearhead the strategy and implementation of enablement initiatives for our global revenue organization, which includes Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Partnerships, and related GTM functions. Your mission is to enhance productivity, consistency, and customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
You will champion scalable onboarding processes, continuous role-specific development, and readiness programs that align with Culture Amp’s GTM strategy, narrative, and product roadmap. Close collaboration with Product Marketing, Product teams, Sales Operations, CX Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Deal Desk, and Sales/CX leadership will be essential to equip our field teams with the necessary skills, tools, and confidence to acquire new customers, drive product adoption, and escalate account growth.
This position falls under Revenue Operations and reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations. It plays a crucial role in harmonizing GTM execution across all regions (NA, EMEA, APAC), leveraging data-driven insights and effective change management on a large scale.
