OVERVIEW
We are seeking a visionary Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) to spearhead our global strategy at SalesCloser.ai. This pivotal leadership role is designed for an innovative individual who will shape how our SaaS products are positioned, launched, and embraced throughout the customer journey.
As a fully remote opportunity, we welcome candidates from around the globe, with a preference for those who can align their working hours with Pacific Time.
In this role, you will take ownership of the complete GTM strategy and execution for our product suite, collaborating closely with teams in Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your primary objective is to ensure our offerings are effectively positioned, successfully launched, and generate measurable revenue and customer value. As the Director of GTM, you will play a vital part in driving the ongoing success of SalesCloser.ai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Champion the development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy for SalesCloser.ai.
• Collaborate with the Product team to convert our roadmap into compelling positioning, messaging, and GTM plans.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to empower success through playbooks, training sessions, and competitive insights.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure alignment of campaigns, messaging, and content with product value and target markets.
• Conduct analyses of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Define, monitor, and enhance GTM performance metrics, including adoption rates, pipeline influence, and revenue contributions.
• Ensure cross-functional readiness and alignment throughout all phases of product launches.
• Establish and maintain GTM processes, timelines, and documentation for clarity and efficiency.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and key clients.
• Drive continuous enhancement in our product launch methodologies.
