Job Overview
NVD Group is in search of a seasoned executive leader to spearhead strategy, growth, and operational excellence for our two flourishing brands: OGH and CAFCO. This pivotal role encompasses comprehensive P&L management and executive responsibility for commercial performance, operational integrity, supplier relations, and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate will guide the two group brands specializing in vehicle conversion and fit-outs, facilitating scalable growth.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Design and implement three-year rolling growth strategies for both brands
Align brand strategies with overarching Group objectives
Explore new products, services, and customer demographics
Establish synergies among Group brands to enhance efficiency
Commercial & Financial
Comprehensive P&L ownership for OGH and CAFCO
Drive revenue enhancement, margin optimization, and cost management
Ensure pricing reflects costs, compliance, and risk factors
Lead Balanced Scorecard performance across all departments
Engineering & Compliance
Serve as the senior technical authority for all conversions and fit-outs
Oversee conversion and fit-out processes
Maintain complete oversight of regulatory compliance and certification changes
Ensure adherence to design, documentation, and product integrity standards
Operations & Supply Chain
Collaborate closely with Group Operations
Manage supplier performance, contract terms, and warranties
Supervise S&OP and supply chain performance in terms of cost, quality, and delivery
