- Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $135,000.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the sales team strategically and providing mentorship to direct reports.
- Developing innovative sales strategies and overseeing execution to enhance direct revenue across various segments.
- Setting and achieving performance goals with your team.
- Collaborating closely with the Director of Commercial on budget management, marketing strategies, and special projects.
- Conducting market analysis to uncover new business prospects.
- Facilitating smooth communication between the sales team and other hotel departments.
- Representing the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities to boost visibility.
- Executing site visits, sales trips, and FAM trips to promote our offerings.
- Supporting the recruitment, selection, and training of new sales personnel.
- Managing high-level negotiations and resolving complex customer concerns.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Group segment (primarily) and Transient, Tour, and BT markets (secondarily).
- Leveraging resources from the Fairmont Global Sales team.
- Prior experience with Fairmont preferred.
- Possessing strong technical knowledge.
