Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, this role ensures that growth strategies align seamlessly with revenue objectives in complex enterprise buying landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Go-To-Market Leadership:
- Oversee the execution of Arcos’ growth marketing strategy, targeting high-priority industries and valuable enterprise accounts.
- Lead an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy that generates pipeline growth, drives expansion revenue, and maximizes long-term customer value.
- Convert go-to-market strategies into cohesive growth programs that boost brand awareness, accelerate deal velocity, and stimulate customer growth.
- Act as a vital partner in go-to-market planning, ensuring that marketing strategies are closely aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
Revenue Programs & Performance:
- Steer the performance of integrated growth programs that enhance awareness, engagement, pipeline velocity, and expansion within targeted accounts.
- Implement transparent tracking of funnel health, pipeline contributions, and marketing ROI through robust reporting and analytics.
- Continuously refine messaging, channels, and programs based on performance insights and market feedback.
- Manage the growth marketing budget while forecasting marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team in sales development, demand generation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Establish clear priorities and accountability, while promoting a culture of curiosity and ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure growth initiatives support the entire customer journey.
- Advocate for the use of AI and automation as strategic tools to enhance impact, sharpen focus, and boost team productivity.
