About the Role:
Vertex Premier Hotel Services is on the lookout for a dynamic and self-motivated Director of Hospitality Partnerships to become a key player in our Oahu, Hawaii team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual contributor focused on hunting new business, as you will be responsible for establishing new hotel partnerships through cold outreach—no warm leads or support will be provided. If you are a relentless closer who appreciates the local customs, values relationship-building, and is eager to develop an enterprise from the ground up, this is your opportunity to take charge of the island.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in proactive prospecting, cold calling, and forging new hotel partnerships throughout Oahu.
Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of hotel clients, ranging from intimate boutique hotels to expansive resorts.
Present Vertex’s diverse hospitality solutions and secure long-term service contracts.
Gain a deep understanding of the local hospitality market, including unique decision-making structures and cultural nuances in Hawaii.
Ensure accurate and consistent CRM activity and reporting.
Represent Vertex with the utmost professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly within the hospitality or service sectors.
Comfortable and adept at 100% cold outreach.
In-depth knowledge of Hawaiian culture, values, and business practices.
Exceptional communication, follow-up, and closing abilities.
Self-driven and capable of working independently.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Oahu.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $80,000
Commission: Uncapped potential for high earnings
