The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources Business Partner who will report directly to the Vice President of the Human Resources Business Partner organization. This role is pivotal in partnering with diverse business leaders and HR cross-functional teams across various initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to business leaders and their teams, particularly within the development organization, to comprehend business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies that facilitate scaling.
Actively engage with leadership teams to guide workforce planning initiatives that enhance team connectivity, boost efficiency, and ensure alignment of the people strategy with business objectives.
Provide coaching on effective change management strategies and interventions to empower the function during periods of transition.
Conduct comprehensive assessments on organizational structure and leadership effectiveness to secure long-term success for business functions.
Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and functional leaders on:
Talent Acquisition – implement recruitment strategies to build talent and technical capability pipelines in partnership with the business.
Total Rewards, People Operations, & HR Technology – offer guidance to leaders navigating new initiatives and processes for high adoption rates.
Culture, Employee Engagement, and Learning – uphold our core values and engagement drivers, ensuring our culture and operating model evolve as we transition to a global organization.
Work alongside other HR Business Partners to align, develop, and document new functional initiatives and processes, leading the identification of best practices to support growth.
Assist in resolving employee relations and investigation concerns in accordance with internal policies and local/regional legislation.
