KPMG is seeking an experienced Director to join our Strategy practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead domestic and international HR integrations post-merger, acquisition, spin-off, or carve-out for Fortune 1000 companies and private equity investors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional integration and separation teams to focus on merging compensation and benefits platforms, including the establishment of health and welfare plans.
- Oversee the engagement process from inception to completion, including scope setting, budgeting, resource allocation, and direct client communication.
- Mentor and develop staff, guiding junior team members through their professional growth.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our service offerings.
