Your Responsibilities as Director of Information Technology:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Information Technology to spearhead enterprise technology initiatives that foster operational excellence and drive business growth. This leadership role encompasses all core IT functions—including infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, ERP, software development, and data analytics—while championing innovation and modernization across the organization.
Technology Strategy & Execution
- Transform enterprise technology strategy into actionable roadmaps.
- Prioritize initiatives across infrastructure, security, ERP, and data platforms to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and effective resource planning.
Leadership & Team Development
- Guide and mentor IT managers and teams responsible for operations, enterprise applications, and software development.
- Enhance capabilities in cloud computing, data engineering, and emerging technologies while cultivating a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity.
Enterprise Applications & ERP (Manufacturing Focus)
- Oversee ERP systems, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite, ensuring they meet the needs of our manufacturing operations.
