About the Role
As the Director of ISR & Strike Solutions, you will lead the complete product line for our ISR & Strike offerings. You will serve as the principal point of contact for customers and C-Level executives, managing product strategy and roadmap, formulating and overseeing business plans and pricing strategies, and ensuring smooth development and industrialization processes. You will also control production execution and manage contract compliance, while coordinating internal teams to meet critical project deadlines. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team of Program Managers, Product Managers, and System Architects.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary liaison for customers and executive leadership, ensuring program execution is in line with the ISR & Strike product strategy and roadmap.
Comprehensive Delivery Management: Supervise the entire contract execution lifecycle, orchestrating the efforts of Program Managers, Product Managers, and System Architects to guarantee timely and specification-compliant delivery of complex systems.
Contract Compliance Assurance: Ensure all outputs meet contractual, technical, and operational standards, managing compliance across the product spectrum.
Proactive Risk Management & Leadership: Identify and mitigate strategic and program-level risks, leading prompt, structured resolution efforts for any issues or significant obstacles that emerge, escalating internally as required to facilitate delivery.
Financial Stewardship & Revenue Oversight: Manage the program's financial timeline, ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue recognition at key contractual milestones, in alignment with business objectives and pricing strategies.
Team Development & Process Optimization: Ensure that centralized product policies and processes are tailored to fit the specific needs of each program.
