As a pivotal player in the payment ecosystem, mid-tier, longtail, and FinTech sectors significantly enhance our annual Marketing Services revenue. In alignment with our ambitious 2030 growth strategy, we are evolving our approach to create a dynamic network of partnerships that empower our partners' growth. We aim to develop modular solutions that facilitate agility in adopting cutting-edge marketing services capabilities. We are seeking a visionary Director of CEMEA Marketing Services to architect and oversee the implementation of these solutions across our Marketing Services portfolio.
This key role will focus on developing a robust ecosystem, establishing strategic plays, and collaborating with sub-regions and markets to ensure effective engagement with our longtail partners. The successful candidate will design and lead go-to-market strategies across the CEMEA region, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Commercialization and Go-to-Market for CEMEA Marketing Services.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of frameworks for target setting and reporting for all mid-tier and longtail partners within Marketing Services.
- Identify, secure, and implement strategic solutions that benefit longtail and mid-tier partners.
- Develop a consistent pricing methodology across various solutions, ensuring clear margin targets by project or solution type.
- Represent the interests of Marketing Services, collaborating closely with sub-region MS leads and Business Development teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and engagement with partners across CEMEA.
- Contribute to the 3-year growth strategy for Marketing Services, extending the vision to 2030, supported by robust financial modeling and a clear roadmap for longtail partners.
- Build and manage a menu of in-house and third-party capabilities, maintaining high standards of quality control and management.
