The Role:
We are on the lookout for a Director of Market Research Operations to join our Insight team. This multifaceted position encompasses leadership within Brado, project supervision, and client relationship management.
The Director of Market Research Operations will guide numerous projects autonomously, requiring a deep understanding of Brado's methodologies, particularly in logistics and execution. This role involves handling complex, multi-phase projects while also contributing to internal initiatives.
As a subject matter expert, the Director will provide consultation on larger, intricate projects, serving as a resource for recruitment strategies, budget management, and team dynamics.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead the Insight Operations (IO) department by ensuring effective workflow and seamless operations, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in client interactions and project management.
- Support planning and execution of departmental tasks and initiatives.
- Act as a mentor and sounding board for the broader Brado team.
- Take ownership of internal initiatives that align with personal passions and expertise, becoming the go-to person for related inquiries.
Project Leadership:
- Contribute strategically and creatively to all facets of assigned projects, from initial design through to deliverables.
- Engage in logistical planning and execution to ensure project success.
