The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager or Director of Marketing to spearhead growth and retention strategies across our dynamic Marine and RV & Camping verticals. This influential leadership position will allow you to define how these business units attract, convert, and retain customers—primarily focusing on the U.S. market while also extending our reach into Australia and New Zealand.
You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams, and develop programs that significantly impact our pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value. Whether you are a seasoned Senior Manager ready to take the next step or an established Director-level leader, we are open to the right candidate who can drive results and uplift our team.
What You'll Do
Drive Growth & Retention at Scale
- Oversee the comprehensive marketing strategy for acquiring and retaining new customers within the Marine and RV & Camping verticals.
- Enhance high-performing channels across inbound, outbound, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and ABM, always focusing on pipeline efficiency and optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Lead upsell and cross-sell marketing initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and maximize lifetime value.
- Coordinate go-to-market execution with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experiences.
